Licensed crypto arbitrage infrastructure in South Africa

South Africa now has licensed FSPs for crypto assets, documented FX processes, and clearer fee schedules. That is market structure — not a claim that arbitrage is easier or more rewarding.

Crypto markets in South Africa are more institutional than they were a few years ago: FSCA licensing for crypto-asset FSPs, published FAIS disclosures, and banking processes that at least have a paper trail. Dooya operates inside that framework as FSP 53712 (Category I and Category II). Licensing does not remove timing, operational, or capital risk.

What it does change is who is allowed to render the service and how fees, FX, and AIT applications are documented. Dooya's fees, FAQ, and licence pages are the current references. Informal, unlicensed channels are not a substitute.
